We show pop-up almost on all pages apart from all checkout and cart

As discussed with Alena during our Skype call we will implement the following perimeter for the
1-st iteration:
- temporary disable surveyGizmo
- implement the static image for commercial pop-up
- reuse the existing lnik from gizmodo
- We need to deploy this feature in production before the 24 May 2019.
The workload estimate is 1,5 days

1) surveyGizmo is available again
2) we can manage popup from OPUS: images, link, add the text if it is needed
3) this popup can be contextualized

this solution is working and confirmed. ticket is closed.
however, it is not flexible enough. we have to upgrade it.
Before updating this one - we have to study the way of GTM implementation.
