Popup should appear here http://prntscr.com/nrci41 only on desktop.
The button "Перейти" with CSS (+hover) like here http://prntscr.com/nrciin. The cross from our new design - http://prntscr.com/nrciro
The size - 400*200 zith shadow around.
If the client click on the button "Перейти" or on the cross - we don't show it 7 days.
The example of popup on Rosetka in the right corner.

We show pop-up almost on all pages apart from all checkout and cart

2-st iteration:
1) surveyGizmo is available again
2) we can manage popup from OPUS: images, link, add the text if it is needed
3) this popup can be contextualized

this solution is working and confirmed. ticket is closed.
however, it is not flexible enough. we have to upgrade it.
Before updating this one - we have to study the way of GTM implementation.
the updated requirements and a ticket will follow in this thread.
