Description

Due to production release of #670, we faced an issue with timeout. Pyxis is too slow to respond within 20 sec interval.

We decided to rollback partially this feature.

After deploying post-payment release, we need to completely remove the /getStock logic in JS as it's never used as it should be and creates additional problems regarding DefaultRestTemplateErrorHandler
